Samsung’s clip-on Galaxy Buds On are $229 in the US — Newsroom says early November
Samsung US Newsroom Oct 28: Black only, $229, early November. Open-ear clip, IP54, up to 9.5 hours. Gizmodo and Bloomberg print November 6; that day is not on the Newsroom page.

Samsung Electronics America dated a US availability post October 28. The product name is Galaxy Buds On. The price on that page is $229, Black only, “beginning early November 2026.” Gizmodo, same day, writes that Samsung set a US release on November 6. Bloomberg’s takeaway line is also November 6. This desk uses Samsung’s Newsroom wording for the window. The calendar day is theirs, not on the page we checked.
What Samsung printed

Hands-free features on that page carry footnotes. Auto Volume is a Labs toggle and needs One UI 8.5 or above. Head Gestures start off and need One UI 8.5; alarm dismissal and notification reading need One UI 9.0. Quick Voice Memo is Galaxy AI devices only, plus Samsung Voice Recorder and Bixby. Gemini Live needs a Google account, a network, and users 18 or older. Audio Leakage Reduction is Samsung’s name for projecting reversed sound from the rear of the speaker — a claim, not a measurement from this desk.
