Valorant reveals Hush, a telekinetic Duelist from Guangdong
RISE AND FALL posted Oct 18. Riot’s English listing puts her in Season 26 Act VI — which already started. Outlets say she is playable October 27. The kit write-up is not on playvalorant.com yet.

Riot put a name on the new agent on October 18. The Game Updates index lists “RISE AND FALL // Hush Agent Trailer” at 06:00 UTC that day, with the line “New Duelist Agent available in Season 26 // ACT VI.” That is the English-page confirmation: Hush, Duelist, this Act. It is not a patch, and it does not print a clock.
What Riot printed
Dot Esports and Dexerto both file her as a Duelist from Guangdong, China, revealed with the cinematic before the VCT Champions 2026 grand final between LOUD and Team Vitality. Dexerto calls her the ninth Duelist. Riot’s English listing does not use those extra labels, but it matches the role and the Act window.
When she is playable
Riot’s English news listing does not give a calendar day. Dot Esports, Dexerto, and Massively Overpowered all report she joins the roster on October 27. MassivelyOP specifies Tuesday. Treat October 27 as the press consensus, not as a timestamp Riot printed on playvalorant.com. If your region patches a day later, that is the usual staggered client, not a second reveal.
The kit — and the split in the coverage
This is not a video recap. Two written desks disagree on how much of the kit is actually out.
Dot Esports, filing from the cinematic and the earlier “FINAL WORD” teaser, says there was no creator showmatch and that a full gameplay breakdown is still coming. From the written description of the trailer: a restaurant fight, a stolen Ghost, objects moved at range, a die thrown and then dashed to. They infer a flash grenade, a pull in the Gravity Well family, and an anti-gravity lift they flag as the likely Ultimate.
Dexerto, later the same day, says Riot has published a full kit and attributes the names to VALORANT’s Korean account. That write-up is the one with ability titles:
- Telekinesis (passive): pick up weapons and the Spike, and interact with switches, from increased range.
- Displacement (E, signature): throwable or prepped, then redirected toward the crosshair. Pulls players to its center; a slam into a surface or another player concusses. Refreshes every two kills.
- Flashbulb (Q): same throw/prep/redirect pattern, then a flash.
- Flow (C): drops an anchor, then pulls Hush to it after a short delay. Used in the air, she levitates briefly first.
- Suspension (X): a steered projectile. Detonate it to levitate everyone in the blast.
English Riot pages have not mirrored that kit article. Until they do, or until 13.09 notes land, those five names sit on Dexerto’s Korean-account sourcing — not on playvalorant.com. Unlock price, contract XP, and a patch number are also unpublished on the English news index.
Bottom line
Hush is real, she is a Duelist, and she is an Act 6 agent. The date most desks are using is October 27. The ability names are in circulation from a regional Riot account via Dexerto, while Dot Esports is still waiting on an English gameplay post. Queue 13.08 as it is. Do not rebuild your agent pool until the client actually adds her.
